Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Arthur’s House ships Australia-wide on eligible products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Some oversized, fragile, or heavy items may require a custom quote or may be available for Click & Collect only. These items are clearly marked on their product pages.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by our courier partners.

Click & Collect
Free Click & Collect is available from our store at 421 Sturt Street, Ballarat Central during opening hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
For hygiene and care reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding, bath products, artwork, rugs, or any used or opened items.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made in store, subject to item availability. If exchanging by post, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hey@arthurshouse.com.au and we will assess it in line with Australian Consumer Law.
